Concerned about the Home Information Pack (HIP)?

The HIP is being introduced from 1st June but YOU WILL NOT NEED TO PURCHASE A HIP to sell your home if your property is on the market with us before then and if you exchange contracts by 31st December 2007.

All you need to do is give us a brief description of your property. If you have picture even better. But this has to be done before the 1st of June 2007. You will save around 0.75% - 2% + vat on the estate agent fees and up to £1000 for the Home Information Pack itself!

Market your property with us and before 1st June 2007 and save around £4,000 - £5,700 on estate agent fees and the HIP for a house valued £200,000.
